The dual-purpose vacuum drying oven for soda water is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, light industry, chemical industry, food processing, plastics, scientific research and education for low-temperature or high-temperature drying of materials and baking. It has the advantages of fast drying speed, low pollution, and no damage to the internal quality of the items that need to be dried. It is an environmentally friendly and green drying equipment that meets GMP requirements.

working principle:
A vacuum drying oven is used to dry materials that need to be dried under vacuum conditions. It uses a vacuum pump to extract moisture and air, creating a vacuum state or near vacuum state in the working chamber, thereby reducing the boiling point of water, and using some heating measures (temperature can be controlled to prevent extreme temperatures that some materials cannot withstand) to accelerate the drying speed. The vacuum drying oven is designed with a forced cooling and ventilation duct in the interlayer. The ventilation duct is mainly used to strongly cool the inner wall panel of the oven. When the water vapor in the oven comes into contact with the colder inner wall panel, it will quickly produce condensed water and drip it down to the condensed water drainage channel. Design a condensate drainage channel inside the oven. The terminal outlet of the condensate water drainage tank is directly connected to the vacuum interface for discharge, greatly reducing the secondary generation of water vapor inside the oven. Install an airflow splitter at the inlet of the oven to prevent direct contact between the incoming airflow and the material, and to quickly blow the condensed water on the inner wall of the oven to the condensate drainage channel. The heating rack inside the oven is movable and can be quickly removed to clean internal residues.

The vacuum drying oven is designed with a flow-through drying rack, which utilizes the principle of hot air rising to fully utilize the heat conduction of each layer of drying rack tubes. It can achieve a higher drying rate at lower temperatures and fully utilize heat. It is mainly suitable for drying heat sensitive materials, materials containing solvents, and materials that need to be recovered. Disinfection treatment can be carried out before drying, and no impurities are mixed in during the drying process. This dryer belongs to a static vacuum dryer and will not damage the formation of dried materials.
The high-efficiency and energy-saving vacuum drying oven has a particularly significant drying efficiency for materials with high moisture content, especially for materials with moisture content of 30-90%, which can shorten the drying time by 35-40%. For materials with a moisture content of 40%, it takes 8-10 hours to dry in a conventional vacuum drying oven, and only 5-6 hours to dry in an efficient and energy-saving vacuum drying oven. When heated with water at a temperature of 65 ℃, the high-efficiency and energy-saving vacuum drying oven removes an average of 0.51kg/㎡ of water per hour, and when heated with steam at a temperature of 100 ℃, it removes an average of 0.69kg/m2 of water per hour.
The vacuum drying oven uses both steam and water heating (i.e. steam heating and hot water heating). It can solve the problem of using steam when there is a steam source in winter and using water for heating when there is no steam source in summer.
Install an airflow splitter at the inlet of the vacuum drying oven to prevent direct contact between the airflow entering the oven and the material.
All four corners inside the box are made of smooth R-corners, with arched shapes on top and bottom, without burrs or unevenness.
